Shavuot—or the Feast of Weeks—is a Jewish holiday, celebrated between May 25–26 which has both an agricultural and biblical significance. Agriculturally, it marks the wheat harvest in Israel. It is the holiday when the Jews received the Torah at Mt. Sinai. 

Thursday, May 25th – Shavuot Begins at Sundown (49th Day of the Omer)
7:00 – 9:00 pm Confirmation / Shavuot Service with Yizkor
The Chavaya 10th grade Confirmation class will lead the service.
