10 am: Projects begin
12 pm: Mitzvah Day concludes

Mitzvah Day exists on the generosity of our community members. Click here to help make the day successful by providing a monetary gift to purchase materials.

Collection bins are located in the Lobby:

• New or gently used Winter coats in EXCELLENT condition for The Sharing Shelf
• Teen/adult coloring books for Urban Health Plan
• NEW Middle School/Young Adult books for Urban Health Plan
• Guiding Eyes Westchester Region to benefit future guide dog puppies (see above wish list)

These bins are also available for “The Giving Tree” collection … an honored tradition at Temple Israel to collect for those who need. Please visit the lobby to find out more information about how to do a Mitzvah by giving.
