Join us as guest speaker Mitchell Cole, LMHC, discusses JFS Greenwich’s impactful work supporting communities across lower Fairfield County, CT, and lower Westchester County, NY.
Mr. Cole leads a session on ‘Coping with Antisemitism,’ a new mutual aid group which offers a safe, supportive space designed to help participants navigate anxiety related to antisemitism, and develop effective strategies to manage their emotional well-being.
