Sukkot is a festival for giving thanks for many things, like food and shelter, celebrating the farmer’s yearly harvest which takes place in the fall, and commemorating the biblical story of the Jews’ escape from Egypt.
Simchat Torah celebrates the completion of the annual cycle of reading the entire Torah in Temple.

4:30-5:30pm | Family Simchat Torah Activities
Make your own edible Torahs!, Torah sand art, Torah Shrinkey dinks and MORE! Families will join Simchat Torah Service at 5:30 pm for singing and dancing with the Torah, as we welcome our new Chavaya students. |
Sunday, October 16th | 5:00-6:30pm | Simchat Torah Service. All ages welcome, as we mark the conclusion of the annual cycle of the Torah reading with singing and dancing with the Torah scrolls in a joyous celebration.

Monday, October 17th | 10:30am-1pm | Festival Service with Yizkor and lunch. No RSVP necessary. |
