 etwork\, will be sharing Dror Israel's emergency response work over the pa
 st year\, especially their incredible initiatives to create schools amidst
  the challenges of war\, their support for Northern communities living und
 er constant rocket fire\, restorative trips for teens and families\, and e
 fforts to help rebuild kibbutzim along the Gaza border.\n\nThis event is F

 oots organization of 1\,300+ educators\, living and working in Israel’s 
 most challenging neighborhoods. They have extensive emergency response exp
 erience establishing emotional-first aid programs for traumatized children
 . Since October 7th\, they have run daycares\, schools\, teen programs\, a
 nd community leadership committees in evacuee centers and bomb shelters fo
 r 41\,000+ Israelis and communities under fire. Today\, they are helping c
 ommunities in temporary locations\, setting up schools\, organizing healin
 g and resilience training\, and running restorative trips for teens and fa

 rit Sulem leads Dror Israel’s international relationships and engagem
 ent. She previously coordinated the Dror Israel Urban Educators’ Kibbu
 tz in Akko (2012-2019) where she initiated several educational projects\, 
 including the Akko Shared Society Center\, which bridges Jewish and Arab y
 outh. Mirit has also worked with at-risk youth in Akko and led the first
  ever Arab group of teens in a Young Counselor training course. She is act
 ive in promoting sex-positive education and shares her experience as a les
 bian in Israel’s periphery. Mirit lives in Akko with her partner\, Shi
 ri\, and their son Uriah.\n\nInbal Ron\, Executive Director of the Dror Is
 rael Educational Centers School Network\, is a renowned expert and pioneer
  in the field of public education. She has 20 years of experience developi
 ng and operating award-winning schools and educational frameworks\, especi
 ally for at-risk youth. Inbal is a driving force in innovative education a
 nd an important leader in building healing and resilience initiatives for 
 Israel’s youth.
