 d\, author of “Florence Adler Swims Forever” \n(a book which Muriel re
 ad and greatly enjoyed)\n\nIt is not necessary that you have read the book
 \, but we are excited to know how much you enjoyed it after the event.\n\n

 e delighted to introduce an exciting new enrichment program that has been 
 established in loving memory of Albert &amp\; Muriel Balik\, who were Temp
 le Israel New Rochelle founding members (Pinebrook location) and supporter
 s since 1960.\n\nA beloved and extraordinary couple\, Al &amp\; Muriel sha
 red a deep devotion to family\, community\, and a lifelong love of learnin
 g. They continue to inspire their four children and spouses\, eight grandc
 hildren and three great-grandchildren with their shining examples of livin
 g life to its fullest at any age.\n\nThe Albert &amp\; Muriel Balik Senior
  Enrichment Series was specifically inspired by Muriel\, who voiced the ne
 ed for stimulating programs at TINR for the senior community shortly befor
 e she passed away in August 2023.\n\nThe Balik Senior Enrichment Series wi
 ll offer two speaker programs per year. The series kicks off on Monday\, J
 une 3 with a luncheon program featuring Rachel Beanland\, author of “Flo
 rence Adler Swims Forever\,” a book which Muriel read and greatly enjoye
 d.\n\nThis program will be offered to TINR members and the community at-la
 rge on a complimentary basis\, made possible by a donation from the Balik 
 siblings (including Richard\, who with his wife Karen are longtime TINR me
 mbers).
